Connected Schools is a philosophy and school-wide strategy for how a school community works together to accelerate student success. The school aims to successfully integrate academics with student services, and healing centered practices with family engagement. DCPS launched the Connected Schools initiative for the academic year 2019-20. Connected Schools are DCPS' version of full-service community schools, an evidence-based intervention.
